The transaction flow for the resources section needs to be updated

When completing an action in the resources section (e.g. powerup), its currently displaying both the transaction completion message as well as the form. This should only display the transaction completion message, similar to sending or buy/sell RAM.

Form pages need to be updated to mirror the other sections functionality here.
