Title bar movement

The title bar moves everything down when it comes down and when its set to stay on top then it covers up the top content

Is it possible to expand the title bar upwards, or to make it appear with a big delay, or make it more transparent?

Maybe an option to make the title bar permanently fixed in the visible state.

Or even have the title bar come up from a corner button or something

I like to have small floating windows and the titlebar tends to cover most of the content.

Maybe something like so this? The icon is terrible but I hope it conveys what I mean 😄

The Webview doesn't help this either, It allows you to see elements that would otherwise be obstructed within the static titlebar, But it shifts the whole webpage causing you to accidentally click on something you otherwise wouldn't.
