Inside of my own roslyn Code e.g. my own Code Fixer. Is this possible, how would I call this and from where would I get the source code or dll

It depends on which ones you're interested in. Some are defined in this repository, some are defined in the roslyn-analyzers repository. Certainly, I will say that none of this is designed for being used as a 3rd-party dependency, but it is licensed as MIT so you are free to copy it, so long as you maintain proper attribution.
