Mention logfile and line number

I used to look for an example query in the log.
A cool feature could be to add the logfile and corresponding line number next to the example query :)

Commit 08f11c2 adds log filename when several logs are processed at the same time. About line number this is not something that can be done with exact line matching with the pgbadger parser implementation, I recommend the use of the query id for the query search in the log. pgbadger will report it for every sample if the log_line_prefix use the query id.
