Expose MatchSatisfiability "Satisfy" endpoint

We would want to do a satisfy request for a group to get back a list of nodes, and then test requesting them exactly for match to fluxion. It's not ideal, but this way we get a single jobid per Kubernetes pod, and then when the pod is deleted can cancel the pod and free up the associated resources.
