System structure and test plan

As a system user I want to be able to use a system test plan to be able to view full rang eof system tests so that these canbe reviewed / considered, or replicated in other projects

Main areas that will be tested

• Setup and rebuild

  • test rebuilt from scratch within < 1 week
  • test no dependencies are outdated
  • other, e.g. available resources?

• Setup and data sources

  • config file - validate, check read of key entries
  • directory struture and existence fo subdirectories
  • are surce data url accessible
  • can input data be accessed and downloaded
  • have input data changed since the last system run?

• system analysis

  • to add

• Output data

  • metdata has been adde
  • metadata meets expected metadata standards

Add logging (note examples, if run from spice, this would be redundant)

• system spec
• time and date of system run
• profiles, speed
• memory use, disk use
• etc
