The enabling of signxet and mutableglobals in v111 has already caused confusion in cargo-contract (use-ink/cargo-contract#888). wasmi at least doesn't seem to enable these features by default, nor does the rust llvm backend.

wasmi i think does enable them by default, but both substrate's contracts-pallet and soroban disable them
