Here is the row that fails as well as the one preceding it (2004 works, 2005 doesn't):

(2004) Epitope_Q48, R49, E51, H99, K166, V168, T169, K170, Y189, D190, S191, N192, M193, R194, S195, G196, K197, F198, L210, T211, D213, I214, S215, R216 "Epitope_Q48, R49, E51, H99, K166, V168, T169, K170, Y189, D190, S191, N192, M193, R194, S195, G196, K197, F198, L210, T211, D213, I214, S215, R216"	"id"	"BiologicalEntity|ChemicalEntityOrProteinOrPolypeptide|Entity|Epitope|NamedThing|Polypeptide|ThingWithTaxon"
(2005) Epitope_A: N24, G26, P27, V29, T155, K156, E159, L161, Y190, T192, S193, V194, T195, N196, I199; B: Q169, L170, K171, V172 Discontinuous protein "Epitope_A: N24, G26, P27, V29, T155, K156, E159, L161, Y190, T192, S193, V194, T195, N196, I199; B: Q169, L170, K171, V172 Discontinuous protein"	"id"	"BiologicalEntity|ChemicalEntityOrProteinOrPolypeptide|Entity|Epitope|NamedThing|Polypeptide|ThingWithTaxon"

I think the culprit is the additional tab before the second "Discontinuous protein"
