Task Description

To ensure a smooth project flow and provide developers with up-to-date guidance, the designer will work alongside the PO to create documentation for Silva. This documentation should outline field behavior, error messages, and potential business decisions, ensuring alignment and clarity for the team.

To ensure alignment and support for the team, the documentation should include:

• Business Rules – Definitions, restrictions, and exceptions.
• Field Behavior – Types, validations, and states.
• Error Messages – Triggers, clear texts, and recommended actions.
• Decision Flow – What to decide, criteria, and impact.
• Documentation Location – Storage (Confluence, Notion, Figma) and maintenance.
