Need help in deploying custom theme

We have successfully deployed this in AWS China with ECS Fargate option, however, I need help in customizing the theme and applying a custom login theme instead of the default one. Can someone please help or guide how to customize or add a new theme folder and which location?

Here are the details of the deployed platform.

• Region: China Bejing
• Template used: Existing VPC and with Aurora MySQL
• Keycloakc version: keycloak:12.0.4
