always shown Untitled when created nwe link on document, filename not synced

Current Behavior

after opened

Expected Behavior

it should be show document name after add new link

Steps To Reproduce

1. add new link on current document
2. when created, it will be created as untitled
3. when "Untitled" clicked, document will be opened
4. when back, file name shown as Normal

Environment

- OS: linux (manjaro) 
- Version: 0.43.8
