Clear and concise description of the problem
Joplin will export MarkDown files that reference a Resources folder. AnyType can import MD files, but bulk importing resources (PDF, DOCX, etc) and establishing a reference connection between the MD file and Resource cannot happen.
Having some type of hierarchy preservation would also be amazing such as: School > Biology > Year 1 > Bio 1000.
Suggested solution
Bulk import of attachments that agree with the MarkDown reference that Joplin uses. The Reaources all have unique name identifiers.
For example:
[School Syllabus](/abcdefg123456.pdf)
Alternative

Additional context
