[Bug] Max size not respected

Running carlet with the following file (100KiB in size), and a 50KiB maxsize only results in one output - a 100KiB output. For some reason it's not respecting that maxsize and putting it all in one output car. Need some troubleshooting - could be that the carfile block size is too large.

Note: rename file extension from .txt. to .car, as Github doesn't allow uploading .car files
