[Test] - Create cucumber sample project for WAAT

We want to create various types of sample projects that use WAAT for testing tag reporting to analytics server. This issue is to create a cucumber based project - that has a couple of tests - say using webdriver or WATIR - which can then use WAAT to also automate the reporting of tags on specific webdriver / WATIR actions.
