Because oas_rails >= 0.4.2, < 0.4.3 depends on rails ~> 7.0.0

Hey! Good morning! At least here hehe. Ok! I haven't had time to look Rails 8 beta. I will try to test it today and if all is ok I will try to release a new version with the support of rails 8.

@lubosch I fixed it. The test coverage is not much but this work. If you find some issues, please report. You should update your OasRails version to 0.8.2
