SIM800L firmware update from linux (no flash tool exe)

I wonder if there is a possibility to flash the GSM module with a linux pc.... Maybe there is no need of a dedicated tool to do so on linux... I just can't figure out how to do it on my own!

Any help would be really appreciated! :)

sorry, haven't tryied yet... and problably I will never

moved to a different platform, indeed my LilyGo-TCall-SIM800L is aging under many dusts' layers...

I can only add this link where I've found some more docs
