White line above runelite (different than the common white line bug)

Since I bought a new laptop, whenever I start runeline it shows a white (sometimes green) line just below the bar above the client. If i shut 117HD off and then turn it on again, it goes away, but it bothers me that I have to do this every time I open the client... What can I do?
Pay close attention in the image. Its the green line just above the "Walk here" message and below the "Runelite - Mashiba" one. Its a thin line that doesn't reach the end.
