Feature Request: 在进入手机版的thino的时候，建议默认不要聚焦在输入框，弹出输入法。

如上，在打开手机版thino的时候，老是默认聚焦输入框，导致输入法弹出，笔记下面的工具栏也会隐藏。很多时候我只想看看之前的记录内容，并不是要输入什么东西。这个逻辑导致操作很麻烦的。

这样的考虑是，考虑到 thino 最大问题是速录，大部分用户希望进入之后立刻记录事情，PC端相对手机移动端就没有这样的顾虑，用户之间不会产生分歧。
但对于手机端用户，打开 ob 本来就需要等待时间。还要再去点击弹出输入框。
不同用户可能对此产生不同看法
