作者你好呀！我想问问源代码里面kernel文件夹下的那几个文件夹的意义分别是什么呢？还有从哪个网站可以下载到benchmark和这些卷积核呢？谢谢！

kernel里面是光刻模型，来自ICCAD-2013 CAD contest in mask optimization and benchmark suite，是当年ICCAD Contest的内容。

还有能用的下载链接吗？我看后面几年的ICCAD还配有一些pdf 说明文字。

ICCAD13 Contest的网站应该关闭了，光源文件和使用的代码可以参考OpenILT和Neural-ILT的repo。
