Nvidium GPU support

As of the newest AMD drivers 25.3.1 open gl mesh shaders should now be supported
Will AMD GPUs be supported soon or what will happen

(gonna close this soon as its a duplicate) but mesh shaders arent the only thing thats needed for the mod to work it might with a rewrite but cant say for sure. the mod will get an update when cortex has the time or energy (or if someone else wants to give it a try like happening with the 1.21.4 version feel free to do so!) for similar issues see #191 and #285
