move some instructions around, add ckan instructions
Switch to ksp 1.12.5, as it is what most newcomers will have, and trying to explain how to downgrade to 1.12.3 when it isn't at all necessary to play RP-1 is stupid (especially since we tell them to mark 1.12 as compatible in ckan anyway). I am unable to check if KSPInstallerx64-1.12.5.exe is a real file.
