weirding gadgets possibly not chunkloading

Describe the bug
weirding gadgets don't seem to be chunk loading, hoppers won't fill when away

To Reproduce

1. put chest on hopper in a chunk with a weirding gadget
2. load chest with cobble
3. teleport away or log off for 3+ minutes

Expected behavior
it should take about 3 minutes to fill the hopper with cobble

Info:

• World Type: server
• The_Vault Version: v4

Additional context
i've tried logging off, teleporting to the nether, and teleporting to a far away place in the overworld, when i come
back it's always at most 1 stack that's in the hopper, even tho i'm always away for 3+ minutes and a hopper can do more then 5 stacks in that time :)
