"Giving to" user defaults back to top of the list when validation violation occurs

When adding a new contribution, if the amount exceeds the available funds or the comment isn't long enough, a validation error will display and the user being contributed to resets back to the top of the list. If contributor isn't paying attention they may not realize that the money isn't going to the desired person.
