General description of the issue

What you expected to happen
when i went into crit or even died, for the grenade to explode

What actually happened
nothing

Steps to reproduce if possible
Turn health sensor to on, screwdrive to an igniter, put in grenade casing, put in 100u potassium, 100u water, screwdrive, put in ass. When you get into crit or die, it should explode but doesn't.
