What happened?

have 100 reputation in honkmasters and jestermaster cannot be recruit in clownheaven

Reproduction steps

finish clowns quest, have 100 rep, clownmaster spawns but cannot do anything with him

This has now been addressed in our private repo, and the fix will be included in the next unstable build and the upcoming release.
