Some talents don't work on Humanhusk

What happened?

I remember that in a previous game update, talents could take effect on Characters with CharacterInfo, but CharacterAbilityGiveStat does not work because it only allow Humans to be affected:

1. spawn a humanhusk
2. give the talent apprenticeship_doctor to the human husk

Duplicate of #15260. This has been addressed in the current unstable build, and the fix will be included in the next release. Sorry for the inconvenience!
