Wifi chat does not send any text to any team's radio

What happened?

i go make map and add a round system. i used wifi component to tell every team when round starts or ends, but when it ends or starts nothing is outputted from the wifi component, it only happens in pvp deathmatch.

Reproduction steps

1. make outpost
2. add wifi component
3. make it say something
4. start server
5. choose outpost deathmatcH
6. spawn
7. use the wifi component.
