Majority of Vanilla subs excluding the Reworked Berilia lack Blue waypoints on Doors and hatches causing AI issues for bots/monsters #15559

I haven't enecountered any issues with bots going outside of the sub to do repairs. Could you be a bit more specific with the repro steps? What exactly does happen? What's the issue? And when it happens? Do you e.g. order the bots to repair a broken hatch? Or do they go outside to repair leaks in the hull? The blue markers on waypoints only indicate that the waypoint is not linked to any hull. In regards to the exterior doors and hatches, it shouldn't matter whether the waypoint is linked to the hull or not, as long as it's linked to the gap (and the door component) and the ladders, when there's any.
We've found some issues with pathing around the airlock that should be fixed in https://github.com/FakeFishGames/Barotrauma-development/pull/6177 (in private repo), which should be included in unstable. Could you test if you can repro the issues in the unstable? |

That waypoint being shown as red in Humpback is not actually an issue. It's a false positive about waypoint not being inside the door rect, it's linked to. In this case it's just at the edges of it and still properly linked to the gap, the door, and the ladder. So there shouldn't be any issues with it. Nevertheless, fixed by adjusting it a bit in FakeFishGames/Barotrauma-development@98c5456. |

What happened?
When using the Majority of the base game submarines bots and monsters do not respect the airlock/outside doors as they no longer have the proper blue markings and bots will go outside to repair the outside hull without a suit or leave a pressurized room via the damaged shell to try to enter a nearby airlock as the door is marked safe and not leading to the outside due to lack of blue checkpoint.
Husks and other enemies that can open doors or otherwise invade the sub seem more confused as they seem less inclined to try to open a green waypoint door and instead try to attack them over opening the door to begin pathing inside the submarine. Especially a number of modded creatures that follow human style behaviors in trying to open doors to get inside the sub before resorting to bashing them. Husks and modded creatures also seem to be avoiding bottom hatches on ships like the R-29 for some reason and will swim around to a door airlock to attempt ingress.
Only the new Berilia rework, bottom hatch of the R-29, top hatches of the Orca have blue outside door waypoints while the Humpack actually has a red error waypoint on the bottom airlock. There might be some I missed but this affects the majority of submarines and shuttles.
Reproduction steps
Play campaign or mission with any base game submarine and enemies such as husks or bot crew members have trouble respecting the airlock doors and hatches due to the lack of the blue marked waypoint in the submarine editor. This last update also unmarked many modded submarines that previously had proper blue marked doors and hatches.
