The --skip-empty-scenario option will deselected all tests if the current scenario contains only tests marked as xfail or skipped (bug, flaky, missing_feature, irrelevant).
This option can also be activated with then environment variable SYSTEM_TESTS_SKIP_EMPTY_SCENARIO=True
