As an end-user, visiting BadgeWatch some data found on police may have repeated cases. It would be helpful to know if there is a grade or way to measure at the individual level for officers how many cases were dismissed or are similar.

Task - Determine a methodology to weigh at the individual-level officer's frequency of cases using a grading system based on industry best practice.
