- 1) Postdoctoral researcher with a chemistry background, especially in drug synthesis/modification and structure-activity relationship (SAR).

- 2) Postdoctoral researcher with a 3D printing background, which can be applied to developing bone-related implants. A person who can do basic programming for 3D printing or imaging construction would be preferred.
+ A strong background in areas such as biomechanics, materials science, or tissue engineering would be highly advantageous. Proficiency in basic programming for 3D printing and imaging software, or the ability to develop and optimize design and manufacturing processes, is preferred.
- 3) Technician with a background in small animal surgery (e.g., bone defect surgery, tumor models with IV injections), imaging analysis (e.g., micro-CT, bioluminescence imaging), and histology analysis, or willing to learn.
