Appliquer le script categories.sql
Scaffolder CRUD de catégories
Modifier la liste pour que l'on voie combien de client il y a dans chaque catégorie
Ajouter une page 'Promotions': on y liste les clients qui dépassent le seuil de la catégorie suivante.
Un bouton 'Ok' permet de promouvoir les clients listés dans la catégorie au dessus
