We are looking for MTLS feature in dual stack AKS cluster.

Is there an option to enable AKS istio add on in dual stack mode?

Dual stack IPv4/6 support in the upstream Istio project is currently an alpha feature - the AKS Istio add-on generally only supports features at beta or higher maturity to ensure a stable experience. The upstream issue to track for progress on advancement to beta is istio/istio#54127 - after this feature moves to beta upstream, we will evaluate support for it through the Istio add-on.
