Flying problem with dragapult

Hi, with a fex friends, we install your modpack "Cobblemon Star Academy" and we can fly with some pokemons like charizard.
On Youtubr, I saw it was possible to ride on Drapagult (and he is really fast !) but when we try on our server it's impossible. So my question, in your modpack, can we fly on drapagult back ?
