Key binding problem

Since i changed one of my keybinds i can't swap it back. No matter which key i put in the bind, the bind will be C+A+the key i chose.
If i click the key bind reset button, the it reset to C+A+ the original key. I can't use my action/use key anymore ( mouse right button ) so i can't play anymore :/ How can i fix this ?

same i wanna swap my crouch but it also does the key+key and im also stuck on crouch

i had to remove the mod Controlling-fabric-1.20.1-12.0.2.jar to make it work again
